What is your turnaround time?

Our standard processing time is 5-7 business days depending on current orders, sometimes sooner.  Please note that turnaround time may be longer during holidays and can depend on current production schedule.  This is an estimated time frame and can change without notice.

If you are purchasing multiple pieces in the same transaction, all items will ship together according to the item with the longest processing time.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is processed (see note above), it will be shipped using standard shipping which is approximately 3-6 business days.  Once an order is shipped, it is beyond our control.  Unforeseen circumstances may affect the timely delivery of your order. 

Occasionally Crafty Designs is not liable for any damage incurred during shipping.  If your package is lost, damaged, or encounters delays, reach out to the carrier to track status and file a claim.

Do you offer rush processing?

Rush processing may be available.  Please reach out to us so we can check our current availability for rush processing and confirm whether it is applicable to your order.  A rush processing fee may apply.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We aim for perfection, but if there's a slip-up in your order, please contact us within 3 days upon receiving your order.  Provide a photo of the issue and we will do our best to replace the item or issue a refund.  All custom and personalized items are final sale.

Can you create a custom item or design?

 Yes, please contact us and we're here to help with any custom item or design. Please be aware that a design fee may be necessary based on the request.

I notice an imperfection on my wood finished goods.  Why is that?

While we use the same type of wood for our signs, each item is unique. Natural variations in the wood like grain, texture, and knots are to be expected. These features are not flaws and are intentionally left uncovered.

Because of the nature of wood properties, there may be some variations in the engraving on products depending on the specific grain of the wood.  

Do you sell any of the items included as props in your photos?

Products shown in photos such as charcuterie platters, cakes, flowers, etc. are used as props and are not part of the listing.  No other items are shipped with your order unless it is included on the listing. W

All Occasionally Crafty Design products are for decorative purposes only - they are not a toy. Adult supervision required at all times.  All items pictured with food are for decorative purposes and should never be placed in a heating source, such as an oven or microwave. Occasionally Crafty Design cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury following misuse of our products.
